Brothers Property Group
Mike Brodt is the owners and inspector of Brothers Property Group. He will be present during your inspection, ensuring greater attention to detail and more efficient service. Careers in construction and other closely related fields have filled the majority of his professional background, and that’s what eventually led him to the inspection industry. A good home is something dear to us all, and as professional home inspector, Mike is able to help match good families with good homes.
Mike says that he didn’t really choose Sarasota as the location to start his business — really, Sarasota chose him. The decision to help others build their lives in such an outstanding and welcoming community was an easy one.

Before he became a home inspector, Mike had relevant experience that drew him into home inspections, including 25 years in home improvement and real estate working as a contractor and realtor. Mike also worked as the general manager of a major home improvement box store and spent 9 years serving his country in the U.S. Navy.

In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and working on projects around the house. Mike is also an avid woodworker, and loves to go boating.
